Luna’s brings a modern twist to the Mexican restaurant scene. Luna means “moon” in Spanish, which explains the sporadic moon slogans nestled in the wood planks as well as the overall design. Taking a cue from the moon’s calming effect, the use of natural materials and a warm muted color palette define the concept. Walls were finished with various aged wood planks, neutral tone fabrics, and large porcelain floor tiles. A large metal canopy, angled wood, and black and white tile compliment the textures. Highlighting the relaxing space are various sizes and shapes of large basket lights throughout the dining room.
